Carry-on

This weekend was full of relaxing and staying out of the heat, so I didn't take pictures. We did attend a neighborhood house party Saturday night, but again, I didn't take photos. I thought I'd do a post of my carry-on essentials! Besides packing the obvious things, I like to have a few extra treats stashed in my purse for comfort and vanity.

The Bag

When I fly, I either bring my Longchamp Le Pliage or one of my L.L Bean totes. This Longchamp is perfect because as you can see it expands on the sides allowing for more room. Sadly, they no longer make this style, but they do have ones that expand upward.

Face

I have sensitive skin that is prone to stress breakouts, so keeping up my cleansing routine is important, especially while flying.

Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash

Dermalogica Ultracalming Mist. This is great for a refreshing blast of moisture. It's not a toner, which I keep in my overhead bag. MAC and Evian also make great face mists.

Shiseido Ultimate Sun Protection Cream+. For me, this is a no brainer. Even though I'm inside the plane, it's just habit for me to always wear sunscreen. This is heavy duty, so it does leave your face looking paler than normal. For regular face cream, I'll pack Cetaphil.

Beauty

I like to look glowing when I step off that plane, not like I've been sitting in a tube of recycled farts all day. 

NARS The Multiple in Orgasm- A universally flattering shade with just the perfect amount of shimmer.

Neosporin Lip Health with SPF 20- I just started using this and am obsessed with how great my lips look and feel!

Health 

Again, I'm flying in a tube of recycled farts with people I don't know. 

Hand sanitizing wipes. Wipe down those seat handles, the touch screen and remote in front of you and anytime you need the feeling of clean hands.

Airborne. Yes yes yes.
